Teams of 2
20 minute clock:
Teammate 1:
200m Run
Teammate 2:
As many rounds and reps as possible during teammate’s 200m Run:
10 Thrusters 95#/65#
1 Rope climb
*5 Burpees together at the return of the run then switch.
**Teammate 1 picks up where Teammate 2 left off and so on for 20 minutes.

Rope climb scale: 3 floor pulls, 5 strict pull-ups or 10 ring rows

Score burpees ONLY.
