3-5 Front squats (from floor)

Rest 3 minutes

300 Double unders/600 Singles
*15 Russian kettlebell swings at the start and top of every minute (24kg/16kg)

10 Burpees

10 Calorie row
10 Ball slams

Rest 2 minutes

As many rounds as possible in 8 minutes:
10 Calorie Bike/Row (alternate)
10 Burpee balls slams
