Teams of 2
20 seconds ON/10 seconds OFF (transition) for 3 minutes, alternate between:
Bike/Hollow hold
Battle Ropes/Overhead plate hold
Row/Squat hold
Push-ups/Plank hold

Rest 1 minute after each movement set. Repeat.
