As many reps as possible in 12 minutes:
50 Medball cleans (lift and roll)
200m Medball run
50 Medball step-ups (step and pass)
200m Medball run
50 Medball sit-ups (sit-up and pass)
200m Medball run

Rest 3 minutes and Repeat. Continue reps where left off.
