Bench 3-5 reps

Fitness/Performance Workout of the Day
Teams of 2
20 minutes
10 rounds
10 Cal Bike
5 Deadlifts
*In time remaining max rounds of cindy

Teammates alternate the bike and deadlift.
When each teammate has all 10 rounds completed, they independently complete as many rounds as possible in the time remaining of “Cindy” (5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, 15 squats”.
