Workout of the Day
Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes:
2 Squat snatches
Then
Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes, alternate between:
4 Strict handstand push-ups
8 Burpees
Then
As many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes:
2 Squat snatches
4 Handstand push-ups
8 Burpees

HSPU scale, choose one: 4 Kick-ups, 4 negatives, 4 pike push-ups, 8 push-ups
