‘Secret Service Snatch Test’
As many reps as possible in 10 minutes:
Kettlebell snatch 24kg/16kg

*Alternate arms and rest as desired.
*A test of will power and determination.

Alternate Scaled Workout
10 Minute AMRAP:
10 Single arm kettlebell swings (10 right/10 left)
10 Calorie Row
