Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes:
2 Reps of Barbell Complex:
1 Snatch deadlift, 1 Hang power snatch, 1 Overhead squat
*Increase weight every set maintaining good mechanics

Workout of the Day
2 Minutes to complete:
20 Air squats
20 Russian kettlebell swings 24kg/16kg
20 Alternating lunges
*Max broad jumps (6’/4′) in time remaining

Rest 2 minute. Repeat 4x for a total of 5 Rounds.
