Teams of 2
10 Rounds
Teammate 1:
10 Russian kettlebell swings 24kg/16kg
10 Goblet squats 24kg/16kg
10 Push-ups
Teammate 2:
Plank

*Teammate 1 performs movements while teammate 2 holds plank then switch.
*5 Burpee penalty (during switch) if teammate breaks plank.
*Each teammate does 10 rounds of movements and 10 planks.
