Fitness/Performance Workout of the Day
Teams of 2
20-18-16-14-12-10-8-6-4-2
Sumo deadlift high pulls
Push-ups
Slam balls

While teammate 1 performs the SDHP, teammate 2 tackles the slam ball.
When both teammates have completed their respective reps,
the push-ups are completed together “tap & go” style.
Teammates then switch stations.
Both teammates are responsible for all reps of each movement.
