20/15 Calorie bike (time keeper)
Plank
Wallballs
Then
50 Push-ups (together)

*Teammates rotate through each movement.
**After all rounds are complete then Teammates complete 50 push-ups together simultaneously.
***5 Push-up penalty for every break in the plank, in addition to the 50 push-ups at the end.
