Strict press 3-5 reps

Fitness Workout of the Day
As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes
10 Snatch grip deadlifts
5 Hang power snatch
10 Toes to bar
5 Burpees

Performance Workout of the Day
As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes
5 Snatch grip deadlifts
2 Hang power or hang squat snatch
10 Burpees

Warm-up
Med-ball clean warm-up

Workout
As many rounds and reps as possible in 3 minutes
9 Med-ball clean
6 Push-ups
3 Burpees
Then rest 1 minute

Repeat 4 times for a total of 5 cycles.

Cool down
Stretch
