30 Russian kettlebell swings 24kg/16kg
45 Air squats
Then
800m Run or 2400m bike

GUERRILLA HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)

Warm-up
6 minutes
Plank hold 30 seconds
Sit-ups 30 seconds

Workout
Every minute on the minute for 6 minutes. Alternate:
Battle ropes
Box jumps or step ups
Squats
Then
Rest 1 minute
Repeat 2 times for a total of 3 rounds

Cool down
800m Jog or walk
