Wall balls
Burpee box jumps
Hang power cleans
Push presses
Kettle bell swings
Row for calories

Friday:

Strength:
5×5 Back squat

Workout of the day:
As many rounds/reps as possible in 9 minutes
9- 6- 3
Back squats
Sumo deadlift high pull
