30 Wall balls
30 Burpees

Wednesday:

Workout of the day:
5 Rounds
10 Deadlifts
60″Foot bear crawl
10 Pull ups

Friday:

Workout of the day:
As many rounds as possible in 12 minutes
15 Overhead squats
15 Box jumps
