Are you struggling with your Olympic lifts? This Olympic lifting workshop will focus on the Hang Power Clean and is a pre-requisite to the upcoming Power Clean Workshop.
Starting with the basics, you will be guided through the three “pulls” of the movement through technique work and repetition. Emphasis will be on better movement, not weight. Oly lifting shoes are not a pre-requisite but encouraged. Class size is limited. [email protected] to sign up.

1:00-1:10 - Warm-up
1:10-1:20 - Learning the "pulls"
1:20-1:50 - In depth examination of the Hang Power Clean Progression (emphasis on rack delivery with introduction to scarecrow clean & tall clean)
1:50-2:20 - 4 Position Clean
2:20-2:45 - Hang Power Clean: full movement & adjusting
2:45-3:00 - Putting it all together
