    Sumo deadlift high pull education via coach amy. Thanks roger, great job at 31 heroes. I wanted to be out there so badly

    That was one of my favorite WODs. Not only do I I get to work out with Kate and Jenna but my daughter Shannon was there also When she is not in motwn she trains at crossfit virtuosity.
