Sunday (9:00, 10:00) classes at Morristown HS Track

Workout of the Day

30 - 20 - 10
Burpee Plate Clean and Jerks, 25#/10#
Tuck Jumps

*After each round run a figure 8 with a Sandbag, 45#/25#.
