Without getting into the details of a situation that will no doubt be handled by the appropriate people and counsel; I can say with a tremendous amount of certainty that any business owner worth their weight in salt would fight with every ounce of their being to protect what they created. That goes for CrossFit and Guerrilla Fitness.

Just a little idea for those of you choosing to run the 5K… The 5k actually finishes at the opposite corner of Bloomfield ave. If you have a running watch, timer or stopwatch feel free to bring it along, that way you can get more accurate time for your 5k.

I went to the 5:30 class this AM. I’ve only seen that time of day when catching a flight or coming home from a night of debauchery. It was lovely seeing Coach Reo’s face and experiencing how “the other half” gets at it. I love rowing. As Dana would say, (in the PM) “that was fun y’all.”. Thanks for a wonderful kickstart to my day.

Some quick math (and I am estimating your abilities here) – maybe 40 double unders in a minute. Multiply that by a 25 minute 5k = 1,000 double unders.

About 3K into my rowing the morning baptism of sweat was in full effect, and there was only the sound of everyone’s rowers churning/moving air.

i might actually just toss a coin…my mind says a run would be easier for me but the row def would be more of a challenge and test….hmmmm. decisions, decisions.
