The newest GF "Coach" is...

The "Coach" staff at Guerrilla Fitness Montclair proudly welcomes Reiko to their ranks. Over the years Reiko has patiently grown into a superior weightlifter and knowledgeable coach. Her personal experience under the bar has certainly helped to catapult her to being one of the better weightlifting coaches around.

Red Shirt = GF COACH
Coaches with the red shirt have truly earned this position. The GF coaching program holds participants to very high standards. Requiring participants to pass multiple levels of training and spend several months observing classes and movements. GF Coaches are some of the best in the biz.
