Spence you’re a true bad-ass. I remember that Sat WOD Kris, You, and I did with wall balls..thats it. Needless to say, it sucked ass, but you made on pushed us through. Keep up the good work sucka.

Yeah…I remember are exact response as soon as he said it too. We both gave him the “Dude, Are you freaking serious? Stop trying to impress Coach Amy” look, but we kinda just grunted “OK”.
Can’t wait for the next time Spencer. Maybe you can decide you know what guys, Fran isn’t that bad, lets do her last after we do Elizabeth and Isabel…oh wait..never-mind, Dave Castro did that one already. Lets just make Fran 21-16-12..what’s a few extra reps.
