Sunday (9:00, 10:00) classes held at Morristown HS Track.

Every minute on the minute/10 minutes
Press - 5 Reps @80% 1 RM

Conditioning
Tabata
Push Press, 75#/55#
Kettlebell Swings, 1.5 pd/1 pd
Medball Cleans, 20#/14#
