Also if you ever need a medball from the top rack, Artie is the man to ask…that boy is tall. He saw Derek and I jumping up and down like 2 twelve year olds playing an intense game of tetherball. He finally felt sorry for us and came over and reached up and grabbed us each a medball. Derek 8#, mine 20#
Yeah that Top rack for the medballs was a easy reach for Artie…Me and Stefan were like hoping up and down trying to get the balls…Artie was just standing there quietly laughing at how rediculous we looked.
And thanks Stef for your “accurate” recouting of the med ball weight used.

Arts, glad you finally came to your senses and quit working to return to xfit!!
Today’s 6:15AM did a voluntary 1 mile group run after the WOD… Our 7:15 was motivated to do the same… Will the rest of the classes do the same? And, thanks to Greg D for keeping pace with me, as I could have easily decided to cut it short without his motivation…

jodi, you always think i’ve been away from the box, when in reality, i’m literally there every night haha. i do miss the old school 9:30′s (I guess its 9:45 now right?)
stefan and d, yes those high shelves can be a bit of a pain. i’ve trained my whole life to be able to reach them. just give it some time and don’t get discouraged… one day you’ll be able to get to my level.
also, i must say, this is not the most flattering pick of yours truly!
