Workout of the Day
PR Week (Personal Record)

Strength Training
Squat 1-1-1-1-1
(add weight to each set. Failed attempts count)

Work up to your 1 RM
rep1 - a weight you know you can lift for a heavy set of 3-5
rep2 - previous 1RM
rep3 - PR attempt
rep4 - PR attempt
rep5 - PR attempt

Conditioning (sustained effort)
As many rounds as possible in 12 minutes
5 Pushpress/jerk 155#/105#
30 Double unders
* Perform 3 burpees at the top of every minute

    More pushpresses? Lol…i feel like all ive been working is shoulders lately lol. Between the cleans, thrusters, push presses last wk, etc lol ah well im sure it gonna b a good wod anyway

    On NJ 12 news u know the station not on sateliite there showing some guy doing a box jump with plates 5ft 4inches high doing it strict if anybody wants to check it out looks insane
