rep2 - previous 1RM
rep3 - PR attempt
rep4 - PR attempt
rep5 - PR attempt
Conditioning (sustained effort)
As many rounds as possible in 12 minutes
5 Pushpress/jerk 155#/105#
30 Double unders
* Perform 3 burpees at the top of every minute
