That is the best tutorial I’ve seen explaining how to do kipping pull ups. What I’ve seen from the other ones, Ive looked like a monkey playing with a new toy trying to Kip.
By the way I heard a nice little shout out to CrossFit by Paul O’Neil while watching the yankees game tonight: ” I’ll tell you 1 thing Michael, if anybody asks you to CrossFit, EVER, the answer’s no… I did it with my son, for about a half an hour with him today, anything that MAKES YOU SEE STARS, there’s something wrong.”

Today (Friday) I finally made it out for an endurance class! I had a lot of fun. The best part was the FREE running critique I got from a complete stranger. He seemed like a nice guy and I know he meant well, but he looked shot and in my opinion has no business giving anyone advice on running or fitness, especially to someone as incredible as me nahmane .
Rhabdo, I meant to tell you about a better way to get that 345 off the ground during dead lifts on Tuesday. Remind me tomorrow, set up the bar and I’ll tell you while you lift it, kewl? Lol.

New to CrossFit,so thanks for the tutorial prior to class! Workout nearly killed me so clearly was not working hard before Guerrilla Fitness. Thank you for the wakeup call!
