New Assistant Coaches

Please join us in congratulating Jodi, Vikki, and Joe on their promotion to Assistant Coach at Guerrilla Fitness. The intern program at Guerrilla is by design, strict and arduous. They have all shown a tremendous amount of perseverance and dedication during this process. More importantly, they have demonstrated a firm grasp of the coaching standards we require. Great work guys!

Assistant Coach - Black Shirt: Assistant coaches are that very qualified set of extra eyes in the class. Having passed all the same stringent requirements as a "GF Coach", assistant coaches are honing their eye for spotting form faults, teaching, and learning class management skills.

Guerrilla Fitness will always hire and train from within. We started this way, and it has always served us well. It is our opinion that most "certification" programs lack practical experience. It is a fact that there is no certification that can insure a coaches fit within a community, other than someone who has participated and contributed to that community. These two reasons justify our program and anyone who is successful in completing it to the end.
