Snatch - Work up to a 1 Rep Max
*Compare to 5/30
Conditioning
Starting at 70% of 1 RM
3 Hang Power Snatches
3 Power Snatches
3 Squat Snatches
Rest 1 - 2 Minutes between Rounds
*Increase weight by 5-10# per round

Actually looking forward to this workout at 9:45 am bc I suck at snatches!
Thanks to Santiago for a great WOD this morning. On a side note, last night I was at dinner with two other Crossfitters and we must have checked our phones 68 times to see if it was 8pm yet and the following days WOD was posted… It’s one of the best parts of the day… Thanks for helping me enjoy the small things GF. Or maybe I just need a life… Jury’s out
I was kind of hoping for a little more cardio today…you know like a 5K run in 105 degree weather.
Or maybe “Murph” Mike…..that would have be awesome!!….not.
