Games Standard Push ups
Chin ups
*Every Minute on the Minute - 3 Burpees

    what are scaling options for chin ups if you have a bum shoulder? :(

    Triple Axle…really focus on keeping the hollow body hold during the rotation.

    anyways, good news for me, i just tried chin ups at home, and it was pain free! so maybe no need to substitute this baby….

    Some people did banded pull ups. I did pull-ups off a 20″ box.

    That sucks! sorry about your bum shoulder-I would imagine that push-ups would be even worse for a bum shoulder–no?

    Lisi – the only woman who can pull off stilettos while being 8 months prego. we love u!

    This workout is STAMINA and it’s meant to be an extension of strenght. Please treat the pullups as STRICT as possible. The goal is NOT to blast through it but rather focus on strict movements!!!!
