"Horsepower"
Teams of 6, with 2 people working at a time
to move 33,000 lbs from ground to overhead

Each teammate picks a weight:
45/65/95/135/185/225

Depending on weight selected, reps are:
45#: 122 reps
65#: 85 reps
95# 58 reps
135#: 41 reps
185#: 30 reps
225#: 24 reps

    I Was planning on a good run tommorrow That that can wait till Sunday. WOD looks challenging. That’s what crossfit is all about. I will be there at 9:15. Who else is in. You are all very quiet.

    wish i could get there tomorrow.. this one looks like a lot of fun… as opposed to todays (which kind of sucked)..lol. oh and thanks 12:15 (and steve) for helping me get it done under 15:00..

    Sherri! You were awesome!!! Nice job on pushing yourself and beating the clock! That was great for all of us at 12:15 to be a part of. Enjoy the perfect day for Calder and his metallic friends in Purchase, NY.
    I’m sore from a great week of programming and am with you Mark, last minute decision on rest day. Thanks for a week of diverse workouts K! If your commitments change, hope to see you later!
