As of now I plan on doing this with the 7AM class tomorrow morning due to work/camp orientation starting at 8:45AM. I’m not going to lie I’m a little angry about that. Not about the workout, but the camp orientation. When I get to camp “orientation” I’m going to let everyone know that I’m angry.
This is going to be awesome! Strangely enough, I think toes to bar will be the worst part for me. I just can’t do very many at once!
Today (Saturday) will be the last day to donate to CrossFit for Hope! I know I’ve been posting about it constantly, but that’s because this is a VERY worth cause, and we want to come out on top! It’s not about affiliate fees or tickets to the Games…it’s about doing the most that we can, and the most out of the entire CrossFit community, for these children who so desperately need the care that St. Jude provides at no cost.
While I’m very proud that we are in second place, I know we can be in first. Thanks to the Guerrilla challenge, we can get to first. Your dollars will go twice as far!
