Ahhhh, the return of med ball cleans. As well as my love/hate relationship with them, LOL. Looking good, Trish! You always make me smile.
I totally agree with amit, I love seeing trish coming in working hard. Even on those ugly weather days she still in there. Keep it up trish.
I want to do this workout at home… anybody got a suitable substitution for Med ball cleans?

oh, just realized it’s med ball cleans not wallballs. I think a good sub would be DB cleans/squat cleans
Yea Thanks Jonze, I don’t own dumbbells yet either. I’m going to do a variation of it using resistance bands or see if I have a bag of concrete in the basement.
Shoulda wrote the reason for the sub is a lack of a Med ball.

Yesterday on my 2nd 400m run there were some idiots being wise guys from a car toward a bunch of individuals trying to improve ourselves (or just lose a couple pounds). Now I know its immature to do but I stopped said “Shut the F up!” & invited them over to talk about it. Needless to say they didn’t.
Probably cost me 5 or so seconds but it was worth it. People that do things like that have always bothered me. Most don’t have a set to do anything except what they were doing. I get too tired during these WODs to put up w stuff like that.
Anyway, if I get run over, jumped or anything bad on the next run…… it was them.
