Holy _____ …. a day that doesn’t include box jumps and rib killing KB swings!
(Not that I’m complaining, I love coming in and am going to miss it!)
Even though CrossFit for Hope has come and gone, the fundraising lives on!
We’re still in first place, but with an inflated projected amount of pledges due to an error, we could use more donations to secure our spot at the top come June 24!
If you were dragging your feet about donating, or didn’t donate because everyone had raised their $200 fundraising goal, that doesn’t mean we still don’t need your support! We want to be #1, not just because winning is awesome, but because we want to be the box to have the greatest impact on St. Jude!
Damn it this looks like a really good one. I dont think I can make it today. Bummer.
Does anyone have a recommendation for a great restaurant that can handle a private party of maybe 10-15 people? Either in NJ or NYC. Someone asked this recently on facebook but I cant find it now. It’s also a surprise party so just let me know here or at [email protected]
Fun workout today, 8:48RX w/row. Its fun getting back into the swing of things nahmane. Now I’m back at my school doing grades Keurigging like a freak in my office.
