What is the competitor program?

The competitor program is about taking your fitness to the next level.  The competitive level.  While most everyone wants to improve their fitness, perform well and learn new skills, this program is geared toward the competitive CrossFit athlete.  NOT the recreational fitness trainee.  Participants will be expected to participate in local competitions throughout the year.

Training for the 2013 Northeast Regionals begins today as we will be rolling deep next year.  Karianne has set the bar high for our team finishing  11th for the females in the Northeast.

Interested participants should plan on attending the competitor meeting.  The program, requirements and expectations will be discussed.
