#friendsforever! My favorite workout on my last day of Endurance. I’m gonna miss you guys like crazy. Someone else better curse like a sailor on the track to keep my legacy alive.

So if I get this right…run 100M…rest 2-3 min…then run 100M…rest 2-3 min…repeat 10 times.
Yes. Be sure to warm up properly. Also do not go all out right off the line. Accelerate throughout the 100m. Be careful with these. IF you are not warmed up properly and if you push too hard, it is very easy to injure yourself in a 100m sprint.
