Bill A. - 253 1RM Jerk, 9 rnds + 1 S2OH Rx

Strength
Build up to a 1 Rep Max Jerk

Conditioning
As Many Rounds As Possible in 10 Minutes
6 Shoulder to Overhead, 135#/95#
3 Muscle Ups

    K-You make it look so simple. You cannot be that strong on the outside without having the strength to believe in yourself on the inside. Strong chics rock!!!

    Ok we have 8 days left for Crossfit for Hope. Let’s play donate my PR day. Looks like there are a lot of PRs in today’s WOD. Make a donation in the amount of your new PR.
