42 Thrusters 95#/65#
400m Run
75 Pull-ups

  • One teammate works at a time on the pull-ups and thrusters.
  • The runs are performed together.

    yea that the crazy one mile run then 20 cindy then 1 mile run WOD. it was crazy but I love WODS like that.
