rep3 - PR attempt
rep4 - PR attempt
rep5 - PR attempt
Conditioning (interval)

Max rounds in 3 minutes of:
3 Power cleans 135#/95#
6 Push-ups
9 Squats
1 Minute rest
Repeat the cycle 5x

This was taken during the mighty Murph workout last week. I looked like this the entire time. Steve was pushing hard.
I switched out of Friday for “The Termin8tor” on Wednesday…Thinking it’s time for a membership change so I can do both in the future.
Nice. Been wanting to do Chief again for a while.

I just checked the 10 am for 5/25 and it says “registered!”. I was 1st on the wait list. Does this mean I’m in?
When I click on “registered!” the next screen says “from wait list, unconfirmed”.
Well here ye, hear ye, accept this as a confirmation that I’ll be there. I just wants to make sure I’m in.
