Deadlift  5RM

Conditioning (sustained effort)
As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
12 One arm dumbbell snatch (6 each arm) 45#/25#
12 Chin-ups
200m Run

    Morning drama in a typcial suburban middle school – daily.

    Lunch time/recess hurt feelings and tears – normal.

    Afternoon fatigue and detention – expected.

    Thinking ’bout GFCM & the upcoming Friday night WOD – serenity now.

    fighting friday traffic on parkway south – missed the strength.

    weak grip on chinups – green band.

    never did db snatch before – went too light @30lbs.

    getting coached by Drea – the horrible, no good, very bad day finally comes to an end!
