Barbell Workout for 1/6/12

Strength:

Bench (2x5, 1x5+)

Barbell Curl (2x10-15)

Squat (2x5, 1x5+)

Glute/Ham Raise (3x10)

Homework:

10 full gassers (a gasser is 4x53 yard shuttle run)

    so i guess putting 3 links to AWESOME squat related articles made my earlier post ‘awaiting moderation’ status. :( so sad.

    you guys just go to 70′s Big site, and read this week’s posts. they are all about SQUAT.

    Redo on Wednesday.

    BB Curls @43# 11, 12

    Squat 2×3 @207.5, 1×2 @207.5
    Redo on Monday.

    Bench 2×5,1×4@105
    -I have no heel drive, gonna put the plates back under my feet and see if that helps me with this lift. Redo this weight next week.

    BBcurl@ 42.5 2×10

    Squat 3×5@ 165

    GHR 3×7

    Db Curl 1×16 1×12 @ 45

    Squat 2×5 1×12 @ 250
    Dropped weight back 45lbs. 300, I will have you yet.
