Barbell Workout for 1/20/12

Strength:

Bench (2x5, 1x5+)

Dumbbell Curl (2x10-15)

Squat (2x5, 1x5+)

Conditioning:

5 rounds:

sprint 10 yards and back, 20 yards and back, 30 yards and back, 40 yards and back, 50 yards and back.

(if you do not have access to yard lines, just complete 15 half gassers...a half gasser is: sprint 53 yards and back)

    Above vid pumped me so much..
    Bench 3×5 @128.5 (!)

    DB Curls @35# 7, 5

    Squat 2×5 @190, 1×7 @190

    GHD thingy 3×9

    *Mike Montalto took home 315# by the way!

    thanks reiko!!!! Couldnt have done it w/o support of fellow bb crew. Set goal of 300 when i started, feels great.
