    Joe Jinx, amazing work, you killed it this AM! Thanks so much for pushing me. Got 5 rounds and would have loved to gotten more (took more rest that I would’ve liked)–but felt like I did each movement better than I have in previous workouts. That, I’ve finally figured out, is what it’s all about…
