As many reps as possible in 10 minutes
5 Deadlifts 135#/95#
5 Hang power cleans 135#/95#
5 Shoulder to overhead 135#/95#
20 Double unders
REST 3 minutes
Repeat

Workout of the day:

Endurance:

Every minute on the minute for 5 minutes
1 Hill sprint

Conditioning:

Partner workout
As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes
Partner 1:  30' Handstand walk (timekeeper)
Partner 2:  As many rounds/reps as possible
3 Bar muscle ups
9 Air squats
